Had a quite comfortable time. There were comfy beds and an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV inside the room. There was an absolutely clean. The location was magnificent, minutes from Theatre Royal. The place was set about 10 minutes walk from the downtown.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

the venue is contemporary and efficient, its location is fab, next to the main shopping street and the monument. it's very close to quayside guildhall bus station.

Their breakfast is extremely poor, can definitely be improved.

This hotel had a central position close to all atractions. We enjoyed to chill in the nearby The Maven.

I enjoyed the beds, they were fine, and how outstandingly accommodating the staff was. It was a FANTASTIC stay, you could leave a car on-site. There were great internet and secure parking available. Very central location, not too far from an Anglican church. Hotel's bar was good.

The room I booked definetly needed to be cleaned.

We had a very comfortable time. Clean cheap accommodation with helpful staff and pleasant location close to the centre of town. We liked that there were central heating, an electronic key card and a writing desk in our double room.

Efficient and clean hotel, the staff who served us were pleasant, and it had unbeatable location up to the main shopping street. We stayed in the twin room that was cheap and with exceptionally comfortable bed.

Fantastic value for money, you're getting terrific service. Good breakfast with plenty of options, nice looking and spotless place. I slept so comfy in the nice bed. Late check out too.

I had a brilliant stay and would absolutely stay here again. Very good service, well organised breakfast, decent location. It was a Victorian building, the rooms were suitable. Thorough staff, location next to restaurants and bars;)))
